The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Lead QA teams responsible for manual and automated testing across financial applications and AI-driven platforms.
• Define test strategies, governance frameworks, and quality standards aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee test planning, test-case design, automation development, and regression execution.
• Implement automation frameworks supporting UI, API, and data validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure testability at all stages of the SDLC.
• Integrate continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Track quality metrics, defect patterns, and coverage statistics to ensure delivery readiness.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security requirements, and audit standards.
• Mentor QA engineers and advance best practices in test automation and domain-specific validation.

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role, you must have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of QA experience with proven leadership in financial or enterprise environments.
• Strong background in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience developing automation frameworks and validating regulated financial workflows.
• Familiarity with agile delivery processes and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
