Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions that combine software engineering, AI capabilities, system integrations, and platform-based implementations.
You will work closely with clients, product teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into
scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
The Ideal Candidate Will

- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across applications, integrations, and platforms
- Architect and develop solutions using a mix of custom engineering, automation tools, and AI services
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and drive delivery
- Guide teams on best practices for design, performance, security, and maintainability
- Apply AI and LLM capabilities to enhance workflows, decision-making, and user experiences
- Oversee integrations across SaaS applications, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term platform strategy
Requirements
- ----------------
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6–10 years of overall software engineering or solution engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in system design, object-oriented concepts, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with one or more platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Workato, or similar tools
- Experience building and integrating solutions using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and large language models (LLMs)
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms
- Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small technical teams
