Lead Embedded Banking Program Information Technology (IT) Manager

Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives from inception and business case through build, test, release, and hyper care.
• Translate enterprise strategy into roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes across geographies and contributors.
• Oversee complex multi-system platforms, downstream integrations, and external partner ecosystems.
• Shape roadmap planning, prioritization, and release sequencing with business and product leaders.
• Embed architecture, controls, and operational requirements early in delivery.
• Orchestrate integrations across onboarding, credit decisioning, payments, and billing.
• Establish partner and vendor governance; track commitments, escalate, and coordinate remediation.
• Implement scaled Agile and Lean governance to improve flow, predictability, and collaboration.
• Manage RAID controls, dependencies, executive dashboards, and audit-ready delivery artifacts.
• Coordinate production readiness and transition with Operations and Service Management, including runbooks, knowledge transfer, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Significant technology program delivery leadership experience in complex regulated environments.
• Track record delivering enterprise initiatives with large-scale integrations across more than 50 downstream systems and third-party ecosystems.
• Strong governance across executive reporting, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery controls.
• Experience partnering with business and product teams on roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end release delivery.
• Experience with APIs and platform ecosystem design for interoperability and stability.
• Experience managing partner and vendor delivery, including milestones, commitments, SLAs, or OLAs.
• Experience establishing production readiness, service transition, and operational excellence practices.
• Experience with Agile and Lean delivery at scale, such as Scrum of Scrums, release metrics, and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and AI concepts.
• Relevant Agile, cloud, or AI certifications, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
