Role Overview

About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process-industry project design work and manage interdisciplinary coordination.
• Prepare and finalize the Engineering Document Deliverable Register in line with project schedules.
• Prepare design deliverables using MS Office, SmartPlant Electrical, AutoCAD, MicroStation, ETAP, DiaLux, and other calculation tools.
• Apply technical knowledge of synchronizing, transient studies, relay setting and coordination, CT sizing, ECMS, IPCS, GCP, OLTEC, and VSD.
• Handle RFQs, MRs, TBEs, and other procurement documentation, and review vendor deliverables for compliance.
• Ensure designs comply with ADNOC, IEC, BS, local statutory, and HSEQ requirements.
• Participate in E-HAZOP, HAZID, FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Resolve client technical queries and oversee as-built documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or chemical industries, including at least 8 years in a senior role.
• Proven FEED and EPC project delivery experience directly with ADNOC Onshore.
• Experience with a reputable engineering consultancy is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of ADNOC standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and strong problem-solving capabilities are required; Arabic is an advantage.
