Overview
Ensure compliance with NOC rules, specifications, and procedures for E&I inspections. Perform inspections on E&I materials, equipment, and installations (ASTM, ASME, API, EN, ISO, NACE, ATEX). Conduct material receiving inspections and review material certificates for conformity with purchase orders and NOC standards. Execute inspection and testing activities per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Verify conformity of installation and equipment with quality control plans, procedures, and standards. Perform inspections and tests, including: Cable laying, identification, loop checks, continuity and insulation resistance tests; Instrument installation and functional testing; Power transformers, switchboards, batteries, sockets, lighting systems; Pneumatic signal connections, fiber optic cable installation and testing; Communication functionality tests. Witness inspections, testing, and special processes, verifying worker qualifications. Review, verify, and update as-built drawings, red-line markups, and punch-list items. Prepare and issue Quality Records and NCRs when required. Ensure timely issuance of inspection/test documentation and maintain traceability.
