Role Purpose
Lead the design, integration, and continuous improvement of procurement-related systems, data platforms, and reporting tools across the company.
Drive digital transformation through ERP optimisation, automation, and advanced analytics.
Systems & Erp Integration
- Lead integration projects across SAP and other enterprise systems
- Optimize procurement workflows within ERP (likely SAP MM / Ariba / S/4HANA)
- Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance system efficiency
Data & Analytics Leadership
- Build and manage data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Lead initiatives using:
- + Power BI
- + Power Query
- + Excel (advanced modeling)
- Establish data governance and quality standards
Process Automation
- Drive automation using:
- + Power Automate
- + Power Apps
- Eliminate manual processes in procurement and supply chain reporting
Stakeholder Management
- Act as technical lead between Procurement, IT, and Finance
- Translate business needs into system enhancements
- Support senior leadership decision-making via analytics and insights
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify ERP and database improvement opportunities
- Implement best practices in:
- + Data visualization (PowerPoint, Infographics)
- + Workflow optimization (SharePoint, Visio)
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- + Computer Science
- + Information Systems
- + Engineering
- + OR Business + strong technical background
Experience Required
- 10–15 years total experience
- 5+ years in a Lead / Senior role
- Proven background in:
- + ERP (SAP) implementation/improvements
- + Procurement / SCM systems
- + Data analytics & reporting
- + System integration projects
