  • Measure and improve developer experience, delivery velocity, reliability, and platform adoption.

Required qualifications

  • Strong CI/CD, Terraform/CDK Infrastructure as Code, and AWS cloud-native architecture experience.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub workflows, automated testing, and release automation.
  • Experience supporting Java, Node.js, React, and/or data workload delivery.
  • Experience with observability, reliability, DevSecOps, IAM, secrets management, and automated security controls.
  • Experience enabling AI/GenAI workloads, including delivery automation, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and monitoring.

Additional desired skills

  • Internal Developer Platforms, golden paths, and developer self-service solutions.
  • Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, ECS, and AWS Lambda.
  • Engineering workflow integrations across GitHub, Jira, Slack, Confluence, CI/CD, and AWS.
  • SRE practices including SLIs/SLOs, resiliency, incident management, root-cause analysis, and performance engineering.
  • Data/analytics platforms, pipelines, APIs, enterprise integration, contact-center or Amazon Connect integration.
  • Automated governance, compliance, and policy-as-code.

Work arrangement

  • Hybrid work: candidates must live or relocate within 180 miles of a hub and work both from home and in the office.
  • Hub locations are Bloomington, Illinois; Richardson, Texas; Dunwoody, Georgia; and Tempe, Arizona.
