Lead Developer

Role Overview

What You'll Do

• Build libraries and frameworks to support large, complex web applications.
• Design and implement new user-facing features for both internal and external clients.
• Optimise web applications to maximize speed and scale.
• Write client-side code for web-based applications, creating fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, as well as innovative, market-leading prototypes.
• Work closely and efficiently with our team of industry leading developers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver high quality enterprise applications.

What We're Looking For

• You have a background in end-to-end enterprise software delivery and are skilled in the latest web technologies, and web standards.
• You will have proven experience in all aspects of web development stack including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
• You are comfortable developing frontend (using ReactJS, NextJS) and backend (using NodeJS, NestJS) components.
• You have experience with MongoDB, SQL, Python, and have GenAI experience.
• You also hold an understanding of the broader software development life cycle, DevOps technologies and are focused on delivering robust, high value software.
• You have a natural willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly and thrive off solving complex problems.
• You have proven experience as a Lead Developer.
• Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
