Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts across multiple mediums, including branding, digital, and print.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all projects.
- Review and approve design work, ensuring high quality and creative excellence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design tools, and technologies.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Designer, Senior Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across various design disciplines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
