- ** **Advanced proficiency in Figma (Design Systems, Components, Variants)
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Notion, Slack, Jira, and cross-functional collaboration
- **Design & Leadership**
- ** **Ability to translate brand strategy into visual design
- Experience creating content, campaigns, and brand guidelines
- Ability to review junior designers' work and provide feedback
- Strong project and timeline management skills
- **Preferred**
- **** After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Motion graphics and video editing experience
- Experience leading agency or in-house design projects
- Experience improving brand visuals based on data and customer feedback
