Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hospitality projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from design development to construction completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Review and manage design deliverables for compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Oversee construction activities, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Resolve design and site-related issues while maintaining project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Manage project risks, variations, and contractual matters during execution.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and project handover.
