Lead Consultant, Front Office

What we look for

• Front office, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations experience — buy-side, broker-dealer, or vendor implementation background.
• Genuine intellectual curiosity: you enjoy digging into the "why" behind a new client's workflows and are motivated to keep learning rather than relying on what you already know.
• Genuine comfort with ambiguity and a constantly evolving product, not a need for a fixed, unchanging process to execute against.
• A track record of balancing independent ownership with proactive team communication.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to receive and act on direct feedback professionally.

• Prior experience in a smaller, fast-paced company environment.

• Compensation and Benefits
• The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $143,000-$179,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
