Key Responsibilities
- Multiple Workday certifications.Experience leading AMS or Managed Services teams.Experience with Workday implementations and post-production stabilization.Experience supporting global HR organizations.Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
- Experience leading Workday production support.Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders.Strong incident management and prioritization skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
