- Lead and manage telecom systems commissioning at the fabrication yard and support offshore readiness, ensuring all systems are tested, safe, and ready for offshore installation and operation.
- ****Key Responsibilities****
- Lead telecom commissioning activities at the yard (FAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning)
- Supervise and coordinate contractors and commissioning teams
- Ensure telecom systems are installed and tested as per project specifications and offshore standards
- Review and approve commissioning procedures, test packs, and documentation
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, HSE, and client teams
- Support offshore commissioning and integration when required
- Ensure compliance with oil & gas and offshore safety standards
- Report commissioning progress and resolve technical issues
- ****Key Requirements****
- 18+ years of oil & gas experience
- Strong offshore project experience (platforms, jackets, topsides, FPSO, etc.)
- Proven experience in telecom commissioning (radio, PA/GA, CCTV, networks, fiber optic, telecom systems)
- Previous role as Lead or Senior Commissioning Engineer
- Experience working in fabrication yards
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Familiar with international offshore standards and client requirements
