Role overview

CommBank iQ uses de-identified transaction data to provide business insights; Centre iQ is its property decision intelligence platform.

Lead a portfolio of property client relationships, own account plans and commercial outcomes, and help clients gain ongoing value from Centre iQ.

Portfolio size and complexity will reflect the successful candidate's experience.

How you'll make an impact

  • Drive client satisfaction, renewals, and retention, and establish Centre iQ's role in client decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with day-to-day and senior property stakeholders.
  • Grow portfolio revenue through value delivery, proposals, and commercial discussions.
  • Translate data and insights into commercial stories property teams can use.
  • Spot risks to client value or retention and lead responses.
  • Partner with delivery, analytics, and product teams to scope solutions and relay client needs and emerging property use cases.

Experience and skills

  • Experience independently leading client or senior stakeholder relationships in retail property, research, insights, consulting, or analytics, and influencing commercial decisions.
  • Strong retail property sector knowledge and understanding of client priorities.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful customer insights and commercial value.
  • Experience turning client challenges into solutions with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Confidence facilitating working sessions and senior portfolio strategy discussions.
  • Experience and interest in using technology and AI tools to improve productivity and client outcomes.

Work arrangements

  • Flexible work arrangements include hybrid work; employees may work outside their assigned home location for up to 30 days each year.
