Role overview
Lead Cabin Crew role overseeing private aviation cabin operations and VIP passenger service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cabin crew operations.
- Ensure VIP service, safety, and passenger comfort.
- Coordinate crew schedules, duties, and leave.
- Manage onboard catering, inventory, and cabin supplies.
- Monitor cabin expenses and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with pilots, aircraft operators, and ground handlers.
- Maintain cabin readiness and oversee pre-flight and post-flight preparations.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in private aviation or VIP cabin services.
- Previous experience as Lead Cabin Crew or Cabin Manager.
- Bombardier Global 7500 or similar business-jet experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
