Role overview

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation process and project team, defines business needs, gathers requirements, and communicates with stakeholders during development.
• Researches and analyzes stakeholder requests using SQL and Power BI with DAX and identifies suitable solution approaches and tools.
• Mentors peers on development strategy, conducts code reviews and pull requests, and collaborates on scalable product solutions.
• Writes code for software programs and applications using SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake, following programming best practices.
• Provides subject-matter advice and guidance and refers solutions for implementation.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Completion of a technical training program may be considered instead of a bachelor's degree.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Technical skills

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with Power BI and DAX.
• Intermediate knowledge of OLAP databases, including Snowflake or Teradata, and relational databases.

Compensation

• Pay range is $107,700 to $199,300 per year.
