Job Overview
Leonardo Muller Studio is seeking a highly analytical and innovative **Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst** to support data-driven decision-making and strategic growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in business intelligence tools, analytics, and performance reporting.
The Lead BI Analyst will oversee reporting frameworks, analyze business performance data, and provide actionable insights that support operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business intelligence dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics and reporting requirements.
- Design and maintain data visualization tools and KPI reporting frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency.
- Support forecasting, strategic planning, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Lead BI projects and mentor analytics team members.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple analytics projects effectively.
