Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience supporting system implementations, digital transformation, and service platforms. Senior business analysis capability: +5 years of proven ownership of complex initiatives from problem framing through requirements, testing, release, adoption, and sustainment. Advanced skills in facilitation, process and data analysis, root-cause analysis, acceptance criteria, and business-case development. Platforms and service domain: Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceMax. SAP S/4HANA integration and capital-equipment or field-service processes, including cases, work orders, parts, contracts, billing, master data, and reporting is desired. Agile, testing and compliance: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement, Definition of Ready, Jira, and Confluence. Experience with system testing, UAT, defect management, traceability, and regulated or validated delivery. Familiarity with test/Xray or Windchill is beneficial. Coach and influence: Ability to coordinate BA work, review outputs, resolve dependencies and coach colleagues while remaining accountable for hands-on delivery. Effective communication and stakeholder-influence skills across all organizational levels. Global and improvement mindset: Comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones. 5–10% travel may be required. This role is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst who wants to remain close to delivery while increasing the effectiveness of the wider BA team. You are comfortable moving in the same week from an ambiguous discovery discussion to detailed process and data analysis, precise requirements, testing evidence, release preparation, and coaching. You will bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy, challenge assumptions constructively and raise quality without taking ownership away from others. You will coordinate through expertise, judgment, and influence. You know when to go deep personally, when to guide another BA and when a decision belongs to the Product Owner, business owner, or technical team. You communicate early, make complexity understandable, and create an environment in which difficult issues are surfaced before they become delivery problems. Formal line management applies only where explicitly assigned. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
