Lead BSA II (IND)
Role Overview
• ead business requirements gathering, analysis, solution definition, and stakeholder management for healthcare analytics initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, and Technology teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, data flows, and system integrations.
• Drive end-to-end solution design involving Snowflake, middleware platforms, reporting tools, and user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to model and validate healthcare datasets for analytics and reporting.
• Develop and maintain business, functional, and system requirement documents.
• Support Agile delivery processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Lead UAT planning, business validation, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
