Horizon Services is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team across the Longmont/Englewood, CO area. You'll lead residential HVAC installations, mentor junior installers, and deliver high-quality work homeowners can depend on. Lead the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers

Mentor and work alongside installation team members for safe, efficient, high-quality installs

Maintain clean, organized job sites while delivering exceptional customer service

Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and applicable codes

Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role

2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred

Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

The pay for this position is uncapped, and Boiler Installers could earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually based on experience, productivity, and performance. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position offered.
