Key Responsibilities
- **Automation Strategy & System Design:** Lead the design and implementation of PLC, SCADA, and control systems for industrial clients.
- **Project Leadership:** Oversee automation projects end-to-end, from requirement analysis to commissioning and optimization.
- **Team Leadership:** Mentor Junior and Mid-level engineers, conduct technical reviews, and guide best practices.
- **System Integration & Testing:** Ensure reliable communication between PLCs, SCADA, and other industrial systems.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Present technical solutions to clients and internal management, explaining the rationale behind design choices.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Evaluate existing systems for optimization opportunities and implement enhancements.
What We Are Looking For
**Experience:** 5+ years in industrial automation, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
**Technical Expertise:** Strong background in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA/HMI systems, industrial networks, and control systems.
**Problem-Solving Mindset:** You are pragmatic, able to balance perfection with practical delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
**Communication Skills:** Fluent in English for technical documentation and team collaboration; Arabic is a plus for client interactions.
**Leadership Skills:** Ability to mentor engineers, manage projects, and influence technical decisions confidently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼35,000.00 per month
