Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor onboarding, setup, and modification requests in Oracle/Workday.
  • Ensure accurate vendor master data creation and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to obtain required documentation.
  • Review and validate vendor information for compliance and policy adherence.
  • Support vendor-related audits, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain SLAs and ensure timely processing of vendor requests
  • Drive process improvements to enhance vendor management efficiency.
