Job Title: Principal Cloud Developer (SBD000027) Number of positions: 1 Experience: 2 to 5 years Location: Banglore About the Role We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join the MIS group, contributing to the development and support of Zerto’s product telemetry system.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on mission-critical applications involving database programming and modern web technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, MIS, and Infrastructure to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that address complex business challenges.

Develop and maintain backend systems for telemetry and disaster recovery products.

Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Design, build, test, and deploy scalable applications and systems.

Work on database programming using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Continuously improve existing software for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Provide technical support and act as a subject matter expert for applications.

Follow best SDLC practices including unit testing, integration testing, and documentation.

Participate in agile development processes in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Strong expertise in .NET technologies, including: C# ASP.NET .NET Core Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Good understanding of design patterns and software architecture.

Hands-on experience with unit testing and code quality practices.

Proficiency in version control systems like Git/TFS.

Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Good communication skills in English.

Preferred / Bonus Skills Experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker, Helm, Kubectl).

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
