- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage aged debt and premium collections for French and European insurance portfolios.
- Conduct broker chases, debtor reviews, and account reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve cash allocation and UAC-related issues.
- Review SOAs, invoices, premium transactions, and policy-level discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Operations, and Brokers to resolve outstanding balances.
- Prepare collection updates, debt reports, and management MI.
- Support month-end activities and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements.
