We are looking for an accomplished Lead Architect to define and drive the overall architecture strategy across our projects.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on expertise, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead design decisions and establish architecture standards and best practices
- Oversee system or project architecture from concept through delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives
- Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across architecture practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional architecture license
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in architecture and system design
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects
- Strong expertise in architecture frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
