Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain business-supporting information technologies.
- Identify outcomes, develop plans, document testing and training, support activation and implementation, and evaluate results.
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to relevant health system departments and personnel.
- Ensure team members follow configuration standards; delegate project work and mentor colleagues.
- Provide customer service and support collaborative work across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; an information technology, healthcare, business, or related focus is preferred.
- Four years of application support, hardware, or interface experience is preferred.
- If applicable, obtain an IT certification within six months of hire and within three attempts.
- Requires strong time management, prioritization, interpersonal, customer service, presentation, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Requires knowledge of healthcare information systems, current clinical or business practices, healthcare regulations, and service level agreements.
Compensation
- Salary range is $32.50–$52.00 per hour.
