Lead Analyst, Strategic Analytics
Role Overview

Salary
- Benchmarked salary of £63,250 to £73,750; level is determined by skills and experience within the progression framework.

Lead planning, implementation, and delivery of analytics and measurement solutions for clients.
Build and maintain strong data foundations and measurement strategies, including testing, analysis, tracking, attribution, conversion rate optimization, and data aggregation.
Work with senior analytics leaders and channel specialists and help expand client analytics engagements through recommended data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain accurate, consistent dashboards and reports across channels.
- Set up and manage testing strategies and A/B tests, then report results and iterate on learnings.
- Analyze performance, present insights, and support client discussions about measurement maturity.
- Manage attribution, customer journey reporting, CRM segmentation, frequency optimization, and list health monitoring.
- Audit website and Paid/SEO performance; implement and troubleshoot tracking and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with clients to develop solutions and project plans; partner with Media on first-party data campaign targeting.
Requirements
- Able to distill complex and technical concepts into clear stories for clients.
- Proactive and keen to experiment and understand the reasoning behind metrics and data.
- Able to understand client challenges and develop proposals for recommended data solutions.
