Role Overview

This Wipro Full Stack Development Engineer role supports the world’s largest alternative investment management company, focusing on building and maintaining modern, scalable applications using C#/.NET, Java, or Python, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and technologies including UI, SQL, REST APIs, Docker, and microservices. The role offers end-to-end ownership across the application lifecycle, from solution design and development through deployment and maintenance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent coding assistants to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
• Contribute to the adoption of emerging AI-enabled software engineering practices specifically Agentic AI across the team in partnership with business.
• Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for large-scale applications.
• Domain knowledge of Financial Technology Applications.

Experience & Capabilities

• Experience: 7-12 Year in software development with strong backend and cloud expertise.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in C# .NET, Java or python along with UI implementation and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP for application deployment and scaling.
• Microservices: Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to solve sophisticated issues.
• Git: Experience with version control systems (Git), defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI).
