Overview
We are seeking a
Lead – AI Transformation
with strong strategic, commercial, and technical expertise to drive enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
The role requires the ability to seamlessly operate between executive-level discussions and hands-on delivery, translating strategic objectives into practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI opportunities across the enterprise.
- Advise leadership on AI strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.
- Design scalable AI and automation solutions aligned to business needs.
- Lead implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes and long-term capability building.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Strong experience in AI, GenAI, analytics, or automation initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
Technical Capability
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, copilots, AI agents, analytics, and automation.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, NVIDIA ecosystem, and modern AI platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integrations, APIs, data platforms, and security frameworks.
