Role overview

Engagement leadership

• Define objectives, workflows, measurable outcomes and decisions with customer stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping, and establish evidence-based outcome frameworks.
• Direct prototypes and demonstrations to test assumptions about value, adoption and feasibility.
• Shape production-ready work and guide technical, business and delivery decisions.
• Coordinate specialist teams, assure delivery readiness and steward outcomes through operation.

Technical and commercial scope

• Apply judgement across enterprise AI, data, integration, architecture, security, privacy and Responsible AI.
• Consider operational readiness, infrastructure, cost and scalability in solution decisions.
• Use domain knowledge, customer strategy, technology capability and commercial judgement to qualify opportunities.

Capability development

• Mentor and assure other Forward Deployed Engineers and contribute to strategic pursuits.
• Capture customer and field learning and translate it into reusable assets, product feedback and improved delivery methods.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in a relevant specialist discipline and broad understanding of enterprise AI, technology platforms and industry context.
• Strong domain and technical credibility, commercial judgement and outcome leadership.
• Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead complex multi-domain engagements and build trusted senior stakeholder relationships.
