LEAD ADMINISTRATOR L1

Responsibilities:

Mac/Windows/ChromeOS deployment and support

User hardware/software/peripheral support

LAN troubleshooting and support

Systems administration

Hardware procurement and asset management

Creating and maintaining documentation

Mentoring and handling escalations from junior and MSP(Managed Service Provider) technicians

Qualifications:

Experience Requirement: 4+ years of hands-on IT Support experience.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Operating Systems: Experience supporting Macintosh OS 10.15 or later; Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 or better.

Networking: Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.

Hardware & Troubleshooting: Proven skills in troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation of hardware; May require lifting or carrying desktop computers up to 25 lbs; Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance.

Security & Access: Experience with SSO and MFA; Onboarding and Offboarding processes.

Systems & Tools: Experience with server administration; Experience with Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.

Additional Technical Skills: Experience with scripting, programming, or SQL; Experience with project management.

Autonomy: Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.

Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
