Laundry Supervisor

Overview

• **Oversee Production:** Supervise the daily operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing of linens, towels, uniforms, and garments.
• **Quality Control:** Inspect laundered items to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards, addressing defects immediately.
• **Customer Interaction:** Greet customers, take laundry orders, handle special requests, and address inquiries or concerns.
• **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of laundry activities, transactions, and client requests.
• **Order Management:** Tag items for tracking and call customers to notify them when orders are ready
