Role overview
Full-time, on-site Laundry Manager role based in Jiddah.
Oversee all hotel laundry operations and maintain service quality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily collection, washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest items.
- Manage laundry staff schedules and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Track linen and supply inventory and coordinate laundry equipment maintenance.
- Monitor costs and support budgeting and cost control.
- Communicate with hotel departments to meet service needs and support internal and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on laundry services and operations experience in a hotel or similar environment.
- Ability to manage budgets for supplies, equipment maintenance, and operating costs.
- Customer service skills and knowledge of laundry health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Hospitality or facilities management experience is preferred.
- Effective communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
