We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Lash & Brow Specialist to join our growing brand.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled specialist experienced in lash and brow services, delivering clean, natural, luxury results aligned with our brand aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Eyelash Extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Silk)
• Perform Lash Lift & Lash Tint
- Perform Brow Shaping (threading or waxing)
• Perform Brow Lamination
- Conduct professional client consultations
- Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards
- Recommend aftercare and suitable treatments
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Create neat, aesthetic work suitable for social media
Requirements
- Proven experience in lash and brow services
- Skilled in lash extensions, lash lift, Korean lash lift techniques, along with newest trends.
- Experience in brow shaping, tinting, and lamination
- Good speed and efficiency (lash sets within 2–2.5 hours preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and clean application
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Customer-focused and well-spoken
Preferred
- Kazakh or Russian speaking
- Experience in premium/luxury salons
- Portfolio of previous work (Instagram or photos required)
