Full-time, on-site Laser Technician role based at the clinic in Dubai.
The technician delivers laser hair removal and other laser-based skin treatments under clinic protocols and individualized patient plans.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients, operate laser equipment safely, monitor treatment progress, and document procedures in patient records.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and maintain infection-control standards.
- Keep equipment calibrated, clean, and functioning properly.
- Work with dermatologists and clinical staff, provide professional customer service, and support a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in hair removal and laser hair removal, and hands-on experience with laser devices used in aesthetic or dermatological treatments.
- Understand basic laser settings, skin responses, skin types, contraindications, and treatment customization for diverse skin tones and conditions.
- Formal Laser Technician or aesthetic medicine training/certification and eligibility to practice under UAE regulations.
- Customer service, clear communication, attention to detail, clinical-protocol adherence, hygiene, and infection-control commitment.
- Able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Fluent English required; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are advantageous, and Tagalog is a plus.
- Dermatology, aesthetic, or medical spa experience is preferred.
