Laser Nurse Technician

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal and other approved laser and aesthetic treatments according to patient treatment plans.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas; provide post-treatment care instructions and educate patients about procedures, aftercare, and treatment schedules.
• Operate laser and aesthetic equipment safely under manufacturer and clinic protocols; maintain equipment and promptly report technical issues.
• Maintain treatment records and parameters; follow infection control, sterilization, safety, and patient privacy standards.
• Assist the dermatologist or doctor during procedures and keep treatment rooms and equipment clean, organized, and ready.

Requirements

• Valid DOH license as a Registered Nurse, Assistant Nurse, or relevant healthcare professional, or eligibility for DOH licensing.
• Previous laser hair removal and aesthetic treatment experience is preferred; dermatology or aesthetic clinic experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of laser safety, infection control, and patient care protocols; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Advantageous equipment experience

• Experience with laser hair removal systems, fractional laser, Q-Switch laser, HIFU, RF microneedling/Dermapen, electrocautery, or skin-analysis and diagnostic devices is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,500–6,000 per month.

Workplace

• Full-time, in-person work in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
