Overview
We are looking for a skilled **CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator** with hands-on experience in cutting **aluminum and other sheet metals**.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in operating laser cutting machines, reading technical drawings, and ensuring precision cutting according to production specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines for aluminum and other metals.
- Set up machine parameters (power, speed, gas pressure, focus, etc.) according to material thickness.
- Load and unload metal sheets safely.
- Interpret engineering drawings and CAD files.
- Perform nesting and basic program adjustments.
- Monitor cutting quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain production records and report issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the machine and the work area at all times.
