Large Loss Program Coordinator

What You Will Do
- Coordinate workflows across the Large Loss portfolio
- Monitor KPIs, service standards and quality outcomes
- Prepare reporting and performance insights
- Conduct file reviews and identify improvement opportunities
- Support stakeholders with escalation and coordination activities
- Liaise with clients, service providers and internal teams
- Analyse trends and drive process improvements
- Assist with program initiatives and stakeholder meetings
- What You Will Bring
- You are organised, proactive and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy solving problems, managing competing priorities and driving outcomes.
- You will bring:
- Experience in insurance, claims, loss adjusting or a similar operational environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with reporting, data analysis or performance monitoring
- A solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Quality assurance, audit or process improvement experience (desirable)
- Australian or New Zealand working rights
- A willingness to complete a police check
