Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Laptop & Mobile Technician** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with good customer handling and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptops and mobile phones
- Perform **chip-level servicing** and motherboard repairs
- Handle software installation, OS issues, and data recovery
- Troubleshoot hardware problems (battery, display, charging, etc.)
- Assist customers with technical advice and solutions
- Support sales and promote repair/services to customers
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in laptop & mobile repair
- Strong **chip-level repair experience (mandatory)**
- Knowledge of all major brands (Apple, Dell, HP, Samsung, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Basic **sales and marketing ability**
- Ability to handle customers professionally
Preferred
- Experience working in UAE
- Ability to manage multiple repair tasks efficiently
- **Salary:** Based on experience
