Hiring: Laptop & Mobile Technician
Location: Dubai
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Laptop & Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with good customer handling and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptops and mobile phones
- Perform chip-level servicing and motherboard repairs
- Handle software installation, OS issues, and data recovery
- Troubleshoot hardware problems (battery, display, charging, etc.)
- Assist customers with technical advice and solutions
- Support sales and promote repair/services to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in laptop & mobile repair
- Strong chip-level repair experience (mandatory)
- Knowledge of all major brands (Apple, Dell, HP, Samsung, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Basic sales and marketing ability
- Ability to handle customers professionally
Preferred:
- Experience working in UAE
- Ability to manage multiple repair tasks efficiently
Salary: Based on experience
