Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Landscaping Consultant / Sales Executive to join our growing landscaping services team.
The role involves visiting customer sites, conducting inspections and measurements, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating landscaping solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic landscaping knowledge, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally from inspection to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations for landscaping inspections and site assessments
- Take accurate measurements and understand customer requirements
- Recommend suitable landscaping solutions and service packages
- Coordinate with operations and execution teams for smooth project delivery
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and project updates
- Maintain accurate site inspection reports and customer records
- Ensure service quality standards are maintained throughout the customer journey
- Support business growth through upselling and lead conversions
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, outdoor services, sales, or site inspections
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to understand landscaping requirements and site conditions
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, plants, or outdoor design is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits
- UAE driving license preferred
- Own valid UAE visa preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in landscaping or home services companies in the UAE
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and Dubai locations/routes
- Experience handling customer consultations or outdoor project sales
