Key responsibilities
- Review IFC drawings, BOQs, and specifications for decking, cladding, soffit, and landscape timber scopes.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, proposals, technical submittals, and shop drawings, including substructure, fixing, and installation details.
- Produce and review AutoCAD drawings and support BIM coordination where required.
- Inspect sites and supervise installation teams to ensure correct methods, substructure, fixings, expansion gaps, and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections, material approvals, and handovers with landscape contractors, main contractors, and consultants.
- Resolve on-site timber, bamboo, and WPC installation issues.
- Prepare progress reports, measurements, and payment certificates.
- Support the sales team with technical submittals, material specifications, and product knowledge.
Experience and technical requirements
- Three to five years of GCC experience as a Project Engineer or Landscape Engineer.
- Proven exterior decking, cladding, soffit, or landscape works experience using wood, WPC, engineered bamboo, or composite materials.
- Hands-on site experience managing installation teams.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate effectively, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Education and license
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
Preferred skills
- Experience with Revit or BIM navigation is a plus.
