Responsibilities

  • Assist client-based teams through all phases of a project’s development
  • Work directly with clients and end users
  • Work with clients to improve their process and flow
  • Maintain and build client-based institutional knowledge
  • Mentor and teach staff, and build the overall capacity of the firm’s teams
  • Engage in continual research, teaching, and dialog on landscape design innovations
  • Lead pursuits of new projects, clients, and markets
  • Engage and participate firm-wide in projects across multiple offices

Qualifications

  • This is a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite required. Applicants must live in the Albuquerque, NM metro area.
  • 1+ years in landscape architectural planning and design or equivalent education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
  • Design-specific credentials are highly valued: SITES AP or LEED AP is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong graphic communicator - hand sketching, AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp and Adobe Suite are essential. ArcGIS and Bluebeam and Revit are a plus
