Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support landscape construction activities across projects, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and related infrastructure works.
Review and interpret landscape drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements to ensure accurate execution on site.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with HSE standards, project specifications, and approved schedules.
Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and provide timely technical solutions.
Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and mock-ups related to landscape works.
Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape works.
Prepare and review progress reports, schedules, and variation assessments.
Support cost control by monitoring quantities, minimizing rework, and managing change requests.
Liaise closely with planning, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
