Overview
- **Site Grid Layout**: Mark precise locations for boreholes, test pits, and cone penetration tests (CPT) using GPS and robotic total stations.
- **Topographic Surveying**: Measure distances, angles, and elevations of the project terrain before drilling starts.
- **As-Built Collection**: Record the final, exact coordinates and elevations of where the soil samples were actually drawn.
- **Boundary Delineation**: Research land records to locate and mark legal property boundaries to prevent trespassing during testing.
- **Utility Coordination**: Cross-reference underground utility maps to make sure drilling rigs do not strike pipes or electric lines.
