• ⚲ 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁: Building/Facade Surveyor
• 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶/Abu Dhabi, 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀

• We are seeking five 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿/Building Surveyor 2 to 4 years 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗔𝗘.
• Key duties:
• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
• Verify grid lines, centre lines, and structural reference points.
• Check slab edges, offsets, and as-built structural dimensions before installation.
• Conduct setting out for façade brackets, embeds, anchor locations, and support systems.
• Verify verticality, alignment, levelness, and tolerances during installation.
• Coordinate with façade engineers, QA/QC, consultants, and site teams.
• Prepare and submit survey reports, as-built records, and inspection requests.
• Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor movement joints, expansion gaps, and interface coordination with structure.
• Carry out final façade alignment and dimensional verification before handover.

• DCommunication skills to work effectively with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholder

• 🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in civil engineering or surveying attested by MOFA.
• 📐 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲
• Proficient in operating total stations, GPS, 3D laser scaneer.
• 🖥 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 & 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Confident using AutoCAD software for survey drawing production
• 🗣 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working independently or within cross-functional teams, both in the field and office
