Position summary
Provides office and field support to the Land Development Manager on multiple single-family residential projects and master-planned communities.
Supports timely, on-budget lot delivery with analysis, due diligence, financial data accuracy, and development coordination.
Formally reports to the Senior Vice President of Land Development and works day to day with the Land Development Manager.
Financial analysis and due diligence
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, pro formas, budgets, and cash flows using advanced Excel skills.
- Research financial, economic, demographic, and market information for development opportunities.
- Collect due diligence materials, track critical dates, and analyze findings.
- Process invoices, monitor budget-to-actuals, track MUD reimbursables, and compile documentation for bond sales.
Contracts and project coordination
- Prepare summaries and track critical dates for land contracts, builder contracts, and substantial completion of development items.
- Attend industry networking events and meetings with brokers, consultants, builders, and contractors.
- Coordinate utility, landscaping, and hardscaping design and construction for multiple communities within budget and on time.
- Review builder architectural requests and coordinate HOA formation and implementation, including community builder guidelines.
Additional duties
- Perform additional research and analytical duties supporting acquisition, development, and sales.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
