Senior Executive responsible for supporting land acquisition and project execution activities for wind energy projects.
Land Acquisition and Approvals
- Assist with land identification, preliminary feasibility assessments, and field surveys.
- Coordinate with landowners, developers, and local authorities for land acquisition and Right of Way activities.
- Support legal due diligence, title verification, and documentation with legal and revenue officials.
- Track project approvals, permits, and NOCs required for wind farm development and commissioning.
Site and Project Coordination
- Coordinate land demarcation, pathway access, and site readiness for WTG installation and construction teams.
- Liaise with Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Contracts, Finance, and Legal teams for project execution.
- Monitor vendors, follow up on deliverables, support bill processing, and close outstanding issues.
Post-Acquisition and Reporting
- Support mutation, subdivision, NA conversion, record updates, and land handover activities.
- Maintain project records, land databases, and compliance trackers.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and support resolution of land-related issues through commissioning and handover.
Desired Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in land acquisition.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
Location
- The role is located in Runija, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
- Field surveys, land coordination, demarcation, and site readiness activities are central to the role.
