Full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role at the head branch in DIP 1, Dubai.

Key responsibilities
- Call potential and existing customers to promote printing and signage services.
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
- Explain products and services and handle customer questions.
- Send quotations, company profiles, and service details through WhatsApp or email.
- Maintain records of calls, customers, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to support order processing.
- Re-engage inactive customers to generate repeat business.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Printing, advertising, or signage industry experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; confidence speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.
- Able to handle objections and follow up consistently; target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month; salary is based on experience and suitability.
- Other benefits are provided as per UAE Labour Law.
