Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Stitch, alter, and finish luxury ladies' garments with precision.
• Create and modify patterns according to design requirements.
• Perform accurate measurements and fittings for clients.
• Construct bridal gowns, wedding dresses, evening gowns, party dresses, and couture wear.
• Work with luxury fabrics including tulle, chiffon, satin, silk, lace, organza, and embellished materials.
• Handle garment alterations, repairs, and customizations.
• Ensure excellent finishing, fitting, and garment quality.
• Follow design sketches and production instructions accurately.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum **5 years of experience in the Gulf region**.
• Proven experience in **bridal wear, wedding dresses, evening gowns, party dresses, and luxury couture garments**.
• Strong knowledge of pattern cutting, stitching, fitting, and alterations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling delicate and high-end fabrics.
• Excellent attention to detail and finishing skills.
• Ability to interpret fashion sketches and garment specifications.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in luxury fashion houses, bridal boutiques, or couture ateliers.
• Knowledge of hand finishing, beadwork, lace application, and garment embellishments.
• Strong fitting and client measurement skills.
